Description
Function:
The function of this product is to measure the total flux of drinking water passing through the water pipe and transform the volume of water usage to electrical signals for transmission.
Characteristic: The total flux of drinking water through the pipe is recorded by the principle of piston rotation for this kind of meter.
Counter is seal-packed in vacuum bag to maintain the clear reading in long term.
Quality material is chosen with reliable performance. The flux is very small when initiating this meter and measurement is very accurate. The outer cover of this meter is made with stainless steel materials that are nice in looking and reliable in application.
Magnetic sensor is used which ensured the steady performance and reliability.
Each time with 1 liter water passing through, there will be one electrical signal sent out.
Application Condition:
Water temperature is equal to or less than 40C, but must be more than 0C
Water pressure is equal to or less than 1Mpa.
Type of signal:
The signal is transmitted by dry reed pipes or hall components(If transmission by hall components is required, please make an additional statement when purchasing)
The maximum error allowed:
1) The maximum error allowed for the low zone including the minimum flux(qmin), with an exception of separating flux is ± 5%.
2) The maximum error allowed for the high zone from the separating flux to over loading flux is ± 2%.
Installation requirement:
The water meter must be installed in horizontal level with reading side upward and arrow direction must be the same as water current direction.
Water pipeline needed to be washed or cleaned before the installation of water meter.
The water meter must be installed in a dry environment and be convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
It is suggested that the water meter be installed in a box specially designed for water meter. Valves must be installed both in the front of meter and at the back of the meter.
